CLEAN OUT THE FRIDGE!!! I mean it! And the pantry (ohhhhhhhhhhhh yes the pantry!!!) THROW IT OUT!!!
My BIGGEST tip on having better nutrition is to keep ONLY good food in the house!!! That way if you have cravings, you can’t cave to them. If you MUST have ice cream, you’ll have to leave the house for it!!!
This one tip alone will save you hundreds of calories a week, and several pounds each year!!!
