Agree or Disagree???
This weekend is PROOF that in my own home, willpower doesn’t exist. I simply cannot have junk in my house, or I will eat it! and NO I don’t think that makes me a weak or bad person, Just HUMAN!
The only willpower I have is to say “NO” to buying crap at the grocery store (easy to do because I grocery shop on a full tummy). And when I don’t buy crap, I don’t eat crap. I call that a WIN!
