👩🍳Melt chocolate chips with vanilla and salt in a double boiler or microwave. Mash avocado or process in food processor until no lumps appear. Stir in chocolate mixture and taste, adding a bit of maple syrup if desired. Refrigerate until slightly firm - about 20-30 minutes. Using a small spoon, carefully form into balls and gently roll in topping of choice. Place on parchment and store in refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
