  • 2 lb brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt & pepper
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 5 oz onion
  • 2 medium apple

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, and 2 tsp of garlic powder. ! Cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 160°F. ! Cut the apple and onion into a large dice. ! Remove the stems off of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. In a large roasting pan combine the onions and Brussels sprouts and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. ! Put the Brussels sprouts and onion in the oven for 30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are soft. ! ! Add in the apples after they have finished cooking. The apples will cook in the microwave when you reheat the meal. You don’t want them to become mushy. !
