Pineapple BBQ Chicken Bowl

- 1.25 lbs chicken breasts
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce vinegar based
- 2.5 sweet potatoes
- 5 cups broccoli
- 1.5 cups pineapple
BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp bbq seasoning
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
FOR THE POTATOES
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Chop the potatoes into a medium dice. spritz olive oil and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until you’ve reached you’re desired doneness.
FOR THE CHICKEN
Heat a grill medium high heat. Lightly coat chicken breasts w BBQ sauce and grill until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F
Cut it into one inch pieces and use remaining BBQ sauce to coat cooked chicken
Steam the broccoli in the microwave until it is no longer frozen, drain any excess water.

Combine Tomato, Apple Cider Vinegar, Soy Sauce, BBQ Seasoning, Honey into Vitamin and Blend till smooth
