Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Vegan Shakeology or Café Latte Plant-Based Vegan
  • ½ banana cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. rolled oats dry
  • 1 Tbsp. cashews unsalted
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, banana, oats, cashews, and nutmeg in blender; cover.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

UPF: 1 Purple, 1 Red, 1/2 Yellow, 1/2 Blue, 1 tsp
