- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon salt divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper divided
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder divided
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder divided
- 1/4 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 cups broccoli
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes fresh
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 3 cups whole-wheat macaroni cooked

- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add the ground turkey
- Add the 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of the onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of the garlic powder and mix into the turkey
- Add in special sauce. Combine the ketchup, dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and the remaining salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder add to turkey mixture; Cook the turkey in oven until everything is cooked through and slightly browned, about 8 minutes total time
- While turkey is cooking, prep whole-wheat macaroni
- Combine turkey mixture and whole-wheat macaroni
- Dice the lettuce, pickles, onion and slice or dice the tomato
- To build the salad, layer equal quantities of lettuce, ground turkey burger mix, pickles, onion and tomatoes evenly between 4 bowls.
- Add cheese to whole-wheat macarolni and turkey mixture
