Chocolate Chip Protein Mini Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 8 Tbsp PB2 mixed w equal parts water (Optional Almond/PB 1 Cup)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mash Bananas in Food Processor
- Add Eggs, Vanilla & Honey
- Combine PB2 Powder with Equal Parts Water combine until smooth then add to Banana mixture
- Slowly Add Dry Mix (Almond Flour and Baking Powder) combo to the wet Banana Mixture
- Portion into 12 equal size mini muffins and then top with 4 unsweetened chips to each muffin tin
- Bake until firm approx 15 minutes
